I write what i feel

I don’t know why I am writing it here. But I really wanted to tell this thing to all who fucked my college days.

First of all a big THANK to all those teachers, professors who effectively contributed their part in screwing up my degree. Because of you only I could make my first perception of the system, of my country.

A big SORRY too, I am not giving pain to my fingers for just saying thanks.

I want to say that you all were (except a few) a big crap.

The big elephant’s crap which is found in every Indian engineering college (may be not only in engineering but also in all other disciplines).
The crap which thinks that coming in the lecture room in Time is more important than the understanding of subjects. All of you think that attending lectures on a regular basis and following the bureaucracy of timely completing assignments (tutes – jargon in my college) are the only ways to judge the potential in a student.
I feel sorry for all of you. You are teacher because you could not become that you wanted to be; and finally became the crap. (Here I blame the system of my country that makes teaching such a low standard job.Poor salaries can attracts only the looser. This can produce only different kinds of crap not a real engineer, doctor etc)

I did not ask any question in the class for the whole 4 years, but today I have one. Why should one come to attend the lecturers, that you had prepared just one or two hours before (or may be in the last night if you are sincere)?

Well! Enough cursing, now some facts:-

Internal marks structure for all the subjects in my time:10 marks- Attendance (I got 2 on an average in each subject in 4 years)

  • 10 marks- Tutes and timely submission (I got 3 on an average in each subject in 4 years)
  • 15+15 marks – Class Tests (CTs jargon in my college) (I got just good enough marks because the teachers had already made their perception about me based on my Attendance and Tutes)
    BUT
  • I got good enough marks (in Major Exams) in all the important subjects – Physics 60, Analog Integrated circuits 62, Digital Integrated Circuits 61 etc.

Would that! You have ever looked at my previous external results and given me my attendance marks considering my previous external performance. If you would have supported me, I could have secured near 70% (or more).
You have stuck a stamp of 64.45% on me. I will have to bear this through my whole life. Really, you have made my way very hard to achieve what I want because this big country respects only big marks, big degrees, big money, big names etc. Nobody respects the true knowledge here easily.

Special thanks to:
Mr. Mathur (HOD of E&C Department in My time): You cut the five marks of the whole class, which I needed most)

Mr. Amit Sharma (VLSI Professor): You tried to fail me because you thought that I had challenged your highness. But, I knew that you would do this so I put some hard work in the subject. Unfortunately, you were able to fail me by 1 number and made my way difficult to make up it in the Major Exams.

“Despite of all your efforts I am a successful person with a thriving career in science and technology. I was always the same but you could not recognise me (Because you all are programmed by this system to find only good clerks who give more importance to paper Work, not a true scientist or engineer). Also I think, I never wanted to be late in the lecturers. But what could I do while the time always runs fast for me.”

  2. Truly said, this old system sucks.
These craps take their job as just filling the register.
They are unable to think that their one mark sticks as success or failure of someone's whole life.
